caramelized fennel, fresh pear, whipped goat cheese, spiced honey glaze topped with a mix of fresh microgreens from Tiny Farms Duluth

 

Smoked Trout Salad  $12

house-smoked Lake Superior trout, pickled onion, cucumber, soft boiled egg, feta cheese, and fresh blueberry tossed with a lemon dill vinaigrette

 

Raspberry & Cream Cheese Crepes  $10

two crepes filled with a whipped lemon and thyme cream cheese on a raspberry coulis and topped with fresh raspberries

 

Spring Pea Gnocchi  $22

seared gnocchi served with spring peas, pork belly lardons, cherry tomato, and baby arugula in a fennel pesto topped with fontina cheese

 

Shortcake  $10

house-made lemon sage shortcake, caramelized peaches, whipped cream, and smoked sea salt
