pork tenderloin stuffed with goat cheese, kale, and red onion served with roasted fingerlings and a spicy red wine raspberry sauce

sockeye salmon served with roasted fingerlings, green beans, and lemon caper brown butter

STUFFED RAVIOLI
large ravioli filled with spinach and mushrooms served with a blue cheese sherry sauce and topped with toasted almonds
