Now Hiring – ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE CHEF
The Opportunity:
The Assistant Executive Chef will assist the culinary leadership of our team, including:
- Menu creation and seasonal menu evolution
- Sourcing high-quality ingredients with an emphasis on regional products
- Kitchen leadership, staffing, training, and mentorship
- Food cost control, inventory management, and operational excellence
- Executing high-level banquet orders
- Collaboration with ownership on long-term culinary direction and brand identity
- Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining environment
- A passion for thoughtful, elevated cuisine and exceptional guest experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and inspire a professional kitchen team
- High standards, consistency, and attention to detail
- Creativity balanced with operational discipline

Now Hiring – PM Line Cook
The culinary team at the Boat Club Restaurant & Bar in downtown Duluth has an immediate opening for PM Line Cook. This is a full-time position, and we are seeking an experienced professional.
Job Duties Include:
- Produce high-quality plates, including both design and taste.
- Ensure food is top quality.
- Keep stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
- Prepare food in advance of dinner service.
The successful candidate will work with our Executive Chef and his culinary team to continue our excellence of creating high quality dishes. Compensation:
Up to $24/per hour, dependent on experience
